Please be sure to mention your specific requirements so that we can make sure we have everything with us to cater to your needs.

All Swish tours begin and end in Cumbria.  Areas which are some distance from the route of the tour may incur an additional charge for collection and drop off, please just give us a ring to find out the charge for your area.

Tours must be paid for two weeks in advance of being taken.  In the event of a last minute booking, tours are to be paid for at the time of booking.  We accept advance payments by cheque, please make them payable to Swish Travel, thank you.

Cancellation of tours with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the original fee.  Please do give us as much notice as possible.

Sometimes we might alter our tour routes to make them more convenient, depending on where we collect you from, but we'll always make sure we include everything on your itinerary.

Realistically there will be times when because of traffic problems, delays will be unavoidable.  In these circumstances Swish accepts no liability for missed planes or trains.  It remains the customer's responsibility to allow sufficent time for journeys, check-ins and potential delays.

Sometimes the contents of our hampers will be unavoidably unavailable, so under those circumstances we will have to find alternative treats.  We reserve the right to do this, but we'll make sure we choose somethng just as lovely as a replacement.

Our vehicle is our pride and joy, not to mention our livelihood and we expect our passengers to look after it and respect it.  Passengers will be charged for any damage they cause.

We operate a strict no-smoking policy, smoking is not permitted in our vehicle.
